The protection of personal data is governed in France, by the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, better known as the RGPD and by the amended Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.

ACCÉDIA Group (hereinafter, “we”), is a simplified joint stock company of €3,897,083, registered in the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under the number 502 856 065, with its registered office at 62, rue Berthie Albrecht in Vitry-sur-seine (94400).

As a data controller, we are committed to protecting the data of our customers and prospects (hereinafter referred to as “you”), which we process for the needs of our business. That is why we are committed to respecting the essential principles applicable to the protection of personal data.

As such, we explain in this policy how we collect, process and use your personal data (hereinafter your “Data”) to provide you with new services on a daily basis while respecting your rights.

Q & A

Within the framework of our contact form and the subscription to the various newsletters of the ACCÉDIA Group companies, we are led to collect in particular the following Data: your name, first names, name of your company, e-mail address and fixed or mobile telephone number.

When you browse our websites, we also collect data such as identification and connection data.

We collect your data directly when you provide it to us.

Your Data may be collected and processed under the following circumstances:

  • You contact us via the contact form.
  • You visit our websites which may use cookies.
  • You sign up for our newsletter.
  • You interact with us especially on social networks.

For these treatments, we rely on your consent. If you wish to withdraw your consent or otherwise object to the processing of your data, see our “How to exercise your rights.”

Your Data may also be processed when:

  • We conduct statistical studies.
  • We have to defend our interests (fraud prevention and control, litigation).
  • We work to improve our services.
  • These treatments meet our legitimate interest.

Finally, your Data may be processed when you exercise your rights to your Data or to enable us to meet our legal obligations.

We make sure that only authorized persons and subject to a confidentiality obligation can access your Data.

These recipients may be authorized personnel, within the companies concerned of the ACCÉDIA group, departments in charge of processing customer and prospect relations, IT departments for the processing and follow-up of your file and your requests.

We may be required to communicate your Data in the event of legitimate requests from public authorities, in particular to meet requirements in terms of national security, the fight against fraud or law enforcement. In such a case, we are not responsible for the conditions under which the personnel of these authorities process your Data.

Our teams do not have access to your complete login and identification data. The passwords you enter in our login and registration forms are highly encrypted and are not available to our IT staff.

Preserving the confidentiality and security of your Data is our priority.

We take care to implement organizational and technical security measures adapted to the degree of sensitivity of your Data to protect it against any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

The implementation of such measures may warrant the assistance of any third party of our choice to perform vulnerability audits or penetration tests. These measures are reviewed and updated as necessary.

In the design, development, selection and use of our services, we take into account the principles of data protection. For example, we may pseudonymize or anonymize your Data whenever possible or necessary.

In the interest of security and protection, we encourage you to exercise caution to prevent unauthorized access to your Data and to protect your terminals (computer, smartphone, tablet) from unwanted or even malicious access.

We recommend that you choose a password:

  • “complex”: containing several characters and different types (lower case, upper case, number, special character)
  • “that says nothing about you”: no one should guess your password from your preferences or habits
  • “unique”: to avoid cascading hacks, each of your online accounts is to be locked with a clean, unique password.

In order to allow you to control our uses of your Data, you have the right to:

  • To be informed about how we use your Data. This is the purpose of this document.
  • To obtain confirmation that Data about you is being processed and if necessary to request a copy from us, it being specified that we will be entitled to charge you for any additional copies.
  • To obtain the rectification of data concerning you that would be inaccurate, obsolete or incomplete.
  • To object to the processing of your Data on grounds relating to your particular situation and where such processing is based on our legitimate interest or your consent.
  • To request the limitation of the processing of your Data. This right applies only under certain conditions (challenging the accuracy of your Data, doubting the lawfulness of the processing, exercising your legal rights).
  • To exercise your right to the portability of your Data. This right applies only under certain cumulative conditions (you yourself have communicated your Data to us on our online service and for purposes based solely on the consents of individuals or performance of a contract).
  • To request the deletion of your Data. This right applies only under certain conditions (withdrawal of consent on which the processing is based, your Data is no longer necessary with regard to the initial purposes of processing, opposition to the processing of your Data, doubt about the lawfulness of the processing.
  • To formulate specific and general post-mortem directives on the retention and communication of your Data. Without a directive, your heirs may send us any request.

We will provide you with answers to your requests as soon as possible and in compliance with our legal obligations. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in France, the Cnil.
